What is Server Status Report?
Server Status Report (SSR) is installed on a client’s machine and allows the client to run it and receive a up/down status of ant remote server. It can be used as a tool for troubleshooting possible system outages on the clients side or the hosting datacenter. It can also be installed on a server as a standalone application that is run on a schedule to report when the servers go down or are unreachable. An email is sent to inform Client’s IT of an outage as soon as it occurs.
